Catlin Motor Fleet policyholders are regarded as commercial customers. FSA key facts are therefore not required but a 'summary of cover' is available.

Motor Fleet Presentations

Risks can be presented via email or by appointment at the LUC at 3 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7DD.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00 hours. Broking appointments may be arranged outside these times on request.

We endeavour to respond to all enquiries within the requested deadlines. Where we are unable to offer a quotation we will provide a reason for the declined request. Electronic or hard copy presentations will be the basis of all negotiations.

All quotations will be confirmed by email in pdf format.

New Business and Policy Documentation

Brokers are required to confirm new orders prior to inception date. A 30 day electronic cover note can be issued by underwriters at the request of the broker.

Our statement of facts form is available in pdf format and should be completed by the policyholder and returned within seven days of inception date.

Certificates or cover notes will be issued by return. Hard copy cover note books can be issued to all participating brokers on request.

Policy documentation will be released within 30 days of inception date.

All Catlin Motor Fleet Insurance documents are issued via email in pdf format. However hard copy documents are available through the postal system on request.

Mid Term Adjustments

Unless agreed to the contrary, all policies will be adjusted on the following basis:-

• Less than 15 vehicles: Declared as and when
• 16 to 50 Vehicles: Quarterly Declarations
• 51 to 200 Vehicles Half Yearly Declarations
• Over 200 Vehicles: Annual Declarations

Claims

All claims should be reported via our accident helpline number: 0800 066 5364. Our dedicated motor claims team will record the incident details and arrange for repairs through our approved nationwide repairer network. Claims where the third party is not at fault will be dealt with pro-actively to reduce potentially high costs. See claims section on this site for further details.
