Our online reporting service also allows the policyholder to complete the incident details online. Once submitted, the claim is automatically loaded to our system. A claim reference is then generated and confirmed to the client along with a copy of the submitted claims details.
Our GlobalLink System allows our policyholders to keep up to date with how their claims are progressing providing real time access to secured data over the web.
We can also keep the policyholder up to date with the claim's current status via email or by SMS text. Any replies given by the policyholder are added as notes to the claim file.
Our use of technology enables us to quickly identify fraudulent third party claims. Through databases we can track claimants that have previously been involved in false claims with other insurers. Our system follows ABI protocol and is very successful in reducing our clients’ claims costs.
